In today's modern vehicles, you cannot rely on classic diagnostic procedures! Do not replace a smart regulated alternator because your diagnostic tester indicates an error. It might be your tester making the error - not the alternator! The latest generation alternators are ECU controlled. Also, the new generation vehicles monitor the battery during charging. On 20th and 21st September 2011 eXponentia took part in the Professional Motor Mechanic MechanEx show in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
During this 'hands on' event featuring the very best in tools, equipment, diagnostics and the latest products from many leading parts manufacturers, eXponentia delivered two hybrid seminars.
